  7. Export to device

B · Set it up

Pick these options

  • FormatJSONNot HTML
  • Date rangeLast week
  • Customize informationUntick MediaFaster
  • Media qualityLower quality

Then tap Start export.

C · Wait

Watch for Meta's email

  1. Meta emails youWhen your file is ready.
  2. Download the fileBack in Accounts Center.
  3. Upload it to Opt2InYour report is built in your browser.

Pick the account you want to export

Open Customize information and Format

Unselect your photos, videos and messages. Keep every other category checked

Switch Format from HTML to JSON: this step is critical

Verify Format = JSON and Media quality = Low, then tap Start export
